Is John the Biological Father of JoAn’s Baby, Kylee, on Real Life ‘90 Day Fiancé’?
‘A Real Life Financé, a 90 Day Fiancé’ star JoAn Dumalag might want boyfriend John Silva to be called “dada” by her daughter, Kylee, but there’s a theory among fans that John might actually be the biological father.
He and JoAn met before she was expecting and they continued to correspond and date even after she may have gotten pregnant by another man, 'til this day. But there’s one person who is throwing a major wrench in that theory—Kylee’s apparent biological grandmother. The woman was not identified but posted a message on Facebook where she claimed JoAn and her son used to date. When she became pregnant with his child, she left him for John, when he came on the island of Mactan Philippines, on vacation, from Saudi Arabia.
“I have something [to say] about this so-called woman JoAn,” the woman wrote, according to screenshots obtained by In/Out of Touch Weekly. “JoAn led my son on (not that he is without some fault) she purposely led him on to get pregnant (why I have no idea). She has a daughter and my son has [three or four] sons, they planned on moving in together, rented a house together, [two] days before they were scheduled to move in together she decided not to do it, and then she said he couldn’t go to any more doctor’s appointments, he wanted to be a part of the babies [sic] life. She just took off to Orlando FL and Chicago IL and wouldn’t respond to his, calls, texts or emails.”
JoAn, has not publicly responded the woman’s allegations.
Rumors swirled that the real life "90 Day Fiancé" star John Silva was the biological father of JoAn Dumalag's daughter, Kylee. Another woman, however, claimed that JoAn took Kylee away from her son, who is the real biological father. TLC
On the most recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé, John struggled with the idea of JoAn’s baby calling him dad. “When it comes to Kylee, eventually she’s going to start calling me mama and you, dada, papa?” JoAn asked.
John looked uncomfortable. “I don’t know. I kinda feel like it would be wrong for us to say to her, ‘say, daddy. Here’s your dad. Force her. It’s just my mom and dad split up before I was born. I didn’t have a dad to read me bedtime stories, catch balls or play with.
John met his father, they said hello, talked about their jobs quickly and that was the end of their conversation. His father died while he was working overseas.
The same goes for his mother who left him at 3 yo with greatgrandma. He saw her again 7 years later. She while he was away for 12 years, had gone through a mastectomy and disowned him.
“I never really saw him as dad, nor my mother as a mom” he said. “I don’t think the title matters.” He continued: “It’s never going to be a secret that I came into your life later and by teaching her that word it’s almost teaching her something that we’ll have to explain to her later… she just needs to know that I love her.”
But JoAn didn’t agree. “It’s a little confusing that John doesn’t want to be called dad because he was not there just before her birth, during her birth. He was in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait/Iraq & Afghanistan working. He pays for her daycare and expenses at about 20% of his income somewhere north of $1,100/ month. It’s a little shocking,” she said. “I want her to call him dad because I think that it’s fitting… blood tests & DNA doesn’t matter.” She has his last name, though filipina she is a citizen of America, just like her father.
Note: After falling out 10 years ago, JoAn has disavowed and disowned him. She as mention packed up and left for Orlando Florida and Chicago IL. Yeap, she sold the house car and took $20K. And filed suit for child support.
